Our CHEST RUB is a balm with all natural ingredients. Created with nourishing carrier oils and high quility essential oils that are known to help ease those winter sniffles and coughs, and promote peaceful sleep.

DIRECTIONS
Warm the balm with your fingers and rub onto the chest, back, and soles of the feet (then cover feet with socks).
