How to Use
DO NOT INHALE OR APPLY TOPICALLY BEFORE FULL TERM.
ONLY USE DURING LABOUR & DELIVERY.
Have your birth partner gently massage the oil into your shoulders, lower back, hips, or belly area to support relaxation and connection during labour.
Can also be used as part of your calming rhythm between contractions.
