How to Use
• Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser and run intermittently in an open space leading up to bedtime.
• Add 3–5 drops to aroma jewellery.
• Add 3–5 drops to a personal inhaler.

Not recommended for use in the same area as:
• Babies under 6 months old
• Pregnant women in their first trimester
• Cats, due to their sensitivity to citrus-based essential oils
• Not to be taken
• Discontinue use if reaction occurs (e.g. headache or nausea)
• Not to be applied topically (even diluted) as this blend contains phototoxic oils
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
